Do you give Easter baskets?   While we try to keep the focus on the real meaning of Easter at our house, we also enjoy giving my boys, niece and nephew Easter baskets each year!  It is less than a week until Easter, so if you still have baskets to fill, no worries, I’ve got you covered!  I am often guilty of just going to the Target dollar spot and filling up baskets with candy and random toys that end up getting broken or thrown away!    This year I was determined to be a little more intentional with what I would give and choose items that would actually be used!  I thought I would share a few fun ideas!  I grouped these into themes and tried to find items that are readily available at major retailers or are on Amazon prime since time is running short!

Target has several new releases as much as 50% off that your family may not own yet!

1. Trolls   2. Moana  3. SING  4. Secret Life of Pets

My family always played games growing up, and I loved it!  These games are available at Target, and if you spend $50, you can get $10 off with the code TOYS.  Ship to your house or purchase online and pick up in-store.

1. Yeti in my Spaghetti 2. Pie Face 3. Watch ya Mouth 4. Operation 5. CandyLand 6. Skip-Bo 7.Uno

I realized the other day that all the PJ’s that fit my boys right now have Santa or snowmen on them…time for new pj’s!  I could have listed 20 more!  So many cute options right now!

1.Pink Donuts 2. Dinosaurs 3. Because I’m Hoppy 4. Lion 5. Ice Pops 6.Sharks 7. Watermelon

With temps warming up, it’s a great time to get your kids activities for outside and summer essentials….if you consider cute pool floats essentials, which I do!  Beach towels, pool floats, coverups, summer shoes and sandals, water guns, water balloons, games, sunglasses…..all things you know your kids will put to use in the months to come!

1.Wet Head Game 2. Quick Fill Water Balloons..why did they not think of this when we were kids?!? 3. Miracle Gro Gardening kit for kids

This basket is geared more toward babies and toddlers, but would be great for older kids too.  Maybe sub the hooded towel for pj’s, age appropriate books, bath bombs and lotion!   New bath toys, bubble bath, sweet hooded towels, and bedtime stories always make the bedtime routine a little easier!

These capes and masks are honestly the most played with toy at my house!  They hang on the wall, and anytime kids come over, they put them on…from 2 year olds to 10 year olds!  These would be great if you are buying for multiple kids because you can split them up.  This is my GO TO birthday gift, and it’s on Amazon Prime! I usually run a quick steam over them before gifting because they come folded and creased, but the quality is GREAT, especially for the price!

Boy version– 4 capes, 4 masks, $16.88 free shipping with Amazon Prime

Girl version-4 capes, 4 masks, $17.69 free shipping with Amazon Prime

I hope some of these ideas will help you will fill your baskets and make your little bunnies smile!  I know we are looking forward to a fun week of Easter egg hunts, egging more friends (see post here), family time and most importantly, celebrating that HE is risen!
