Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Bacon

Ingredients

  • fresh brussel sprouts
  • Bacon, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • EVOO
  • Foil to line your tray

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with foil and preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Wash and half or quarter your brussel sprouts.
  • Place brussels and chopped bacon on your tray in a single layer.
  • Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until bacon is fully cooked and brussel sprouts are the desired crispness for your crew.
