Trader Joe's Turkey Bolagnese Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients

  • Trader Joe's "Just Sauce" Turkey Bolognese
  • Trader Joe's Chimichurri Rice with Vegetables
  • 1 1/2 cups cheese of your choice divided
  • olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Cook the turkey bolognese and chimichurri rice in the microwave or on the stovetop according to the package directions.
  • Wash, half and scoop out the seeds from your bell peppers. Drizzle with olive oil and place in an oven safe dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix turkey, rice and one cup of cheese
  • Scoop your turkey mixture into each pepper half and top with remaining cheese.
  • Cover with foil and cook for 20 minutes. Uncover and cook 10 additional minutes, or until cheese is melted and peppers are tender.
