Preheat oven to 375
Cook the turkey bolognese and chimichurri rice in the microwave or on the stovetop according to the package directions.
Wash, half and scoop out the seeds from your bell peppers. Drizzle with olive oil and place in an oven safe dish.
In a large bowl, mix turkey, rice and one cup of cheese
Scoop your turkey mixture into each pepper half and top with remaining cheese.
Cover with foil and cook for 20 minutes. Uncover and cook 10 additional minutes, or until cheese is melted and peppers are tender.
