Happy Monday!!
Last week was pretty eventful! Our kitchen renovation started with a lot of messy demo! Our sweet Will got a full leg cast that he’ll be sporting for the next four weeks. He is sad to be missing out on soccer games and his hip hop recital, but is soaking up ALL the attention! My Instagram account @crispcollectiveig also hit 100,000 followers! I usually try not to focus on the numbers, but I was VERY honored and humbled to hit that mark! I started this as a creative outlet and NEVER expected it to grow into the community that it is. THANK YOU for being here! This space is still a creative outlet that I now get to call a “job”, and I’m incredibly thankful!
Kitchen Renovation
SO excited that we finally got our kitchen reno party started this week!
Demo happened, including removing this arched wall, all the cabinets and building support in the ceiling to ensure safety. We had an electrical engineer here all day yesterday, and we’re hoping all this work will pass inspection today so we can move on to cabinet installation this week! EEEK!! Fingers crossed! Excited to share this process with you all!
Swimsuits
Trying on swimsuits is never my favorite thing, but I try to find some great ones to share a few times a year!
These are all from Amazon, affordable, and have great reviews. I hope it helps to see them on a real/non model body.
I review 20+ swimsuits, accessories and coverups HERE.
Pantry Perk Up
I re-organized our pantry a couple of years ago HERE, and am proud to say I’ve pretty much kept it that way.
I did, however, add a few new storage items and gave this pantry a little perk up HERE.
I tried to find cost effective pieces because filling up a pantry, even one as small as mine, can add up quick!!
Patio and Outdoor Decor
I put together this lemon wreath for $35 from this wreath, these lemons and some Spring sprigs from Hobby Lobby. It was inspired by this wreath that is currently $200 at Pottery Barn. $35 vs. $200!
If you are not the DIY type, here are some pretty wreaths for Spring/Summer for under $50. Click the images below to find these wreaths:
You may remember that around this time last year I painted the concrete on our back patio! Find the tutorial HERE.
I’m happy to report it has held up really well, even with this area not being covered!
I cleaned it up a bit this week….restocked the faux plants and added a few new fun accessories.

Wishing you all the best week! Thank you again for spending any of your precious time here!
