Easy Salmon Dinner Recipe

January 24, 2023

Does your family like salmon?
If so, this recipe was SO easy and delicious.  Salmon has SO many great health benefits too!

Ingredients:

I added these ingredients to our weekly Walmart grocery delivery order:
12 oz of fresh salmon from the meat dept or Sam’s Choice frozen salmon HERE.
1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered.
1/2 cup red onion, chopped.
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped.
1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives.
1 cup feta.
2 tablespoons red pepper flake & oregano. Salt & pepper to taste.

Directions:

Mix all ingredients with a bit of olive oil, salt & pepper. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes!
I grabbed a Marketside salad kit and Marketside organic green beans for sides!

Air Fried Green Beans:

This recipe has both my boys eating their green beans first!

Ingredients:

Marketside Green Beans
Ranch seasoning, we used this one
Olive oil, salt and pepper

Directions:

Toss your beans in the olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt and pepper.  Spray your air fryer with non-stick spray.
We have THIS air fryer (currently on sale!)
The larger version (HERE!) is also on sale.
Cook your beans at 400 degreees for 7-8 minutes.  Open the air fryer and shake the beans around to make sure they cook evenly.  Cook for another 7-8 minutes.  That’s it!
SO delicious and good for you!
If you are trying to cook more at home, we LOVE this entire Beautiful line of appliances from Walmart!
They are all currently on sale, come in a number of color options and can be found by clicking the images above or by clicking HERE.
This post was sponsored by Walmart, but all items were selected and purchased by me, and as always, all opinions are my own.
