Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sliders

January 27, 2018

If you love the flavor or buffalo wing sauce, you MUST try these buffalo chicken sliders!  This chicken is so easy to make (thank you slow cooker!) and is always a crowd favorite!

This could be a great addition to your Superbowl Sunday menu too!

Ingredients:

1-2 lbs. of chicken breasts

2 1/2 cup of buffalo wing sauce- I used Frank’s Red Hot, divided

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

1/2 of a 1 oz package of ranch dressing seasoning- I use Hidden Valley

Slider buns

Lettuce or pickles (optional)

Ranch or blue cheese dressing (optional)

Directions:

Place your chicken in the slow cooker and cover with wing sauce, apple cider vinegar, and ranch dressing mix.

Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.

Remove chicken and shred with a fork.  Use remaining sauce to pour over chicken.

Serve on slider buns with ranch or blue cheese dressing, lettuce and pickle…or whatever your family prefers!

Anytime I am adding a sauce or condiment to a dish, I like to use these squeeze bottles!  They are easier for my kids to use and you can control how much comes out instead of a huge rush of ranch ruining your slider!

I order these here or find them at Walmart or Target for a dollar or two!

Easy to make and oh so good!

And if you love this slow cooker buffalo chicken, be sure to check out this post with five other recipes!
