Today I’m sharing this super simple Trader Joe’s dinner: Cajun alfredo pasta!
This recipe started when I spotted Trader Joe’s Cajun style Alfredo Sauce. It is a newish product, and while my hubby does not like traditional alfredo sauce, I thought he’d like the spice! It did not disappoint! It has great flavor, but was not too spicy for my kids! We used TJ’s red lentil gluten free pasta, sun dried tomato chicken sausage and red and green bell peppers for this dinner, but you could easily mix this up to fit your family’s preferences! An easy weeknight meal!
Ingredients:
Trader Joe’s gluten free red lentil pasta
Trader Joe’s sun dried tomato chicken sausage
Trader Joe’s cajun style alfredo sauce
Red and green bell peppers
Directions:
Boil water and cook pasta until al dente.
While water is boiling, chop bell peppers and slice sausage.
We save time chopping using this chopper I grabbed on Amazon! Find it HERE.
Cook chopped peppers and sausage over medium heat on the stovetop.
Drain pasta and add sauce. Toss and add cooked sausage and peppers
Dinner is served! This cajun alfredo pasta is a quick weeknight meal that everyone enjoyed!
