Sharing a fun twist on this MOMosa bar that has been a blog favorite here for YEARS!
I have done this setup MANY times for several baby showers I have helped host, and it is always a hit! This would also be a fun addition to your Mother’s Day brunch! Just pour the bubbly, add some juice and top with fruit!
This year we mixed it up a bit and poured our juice into THIS flower mold from Amazon. It created beautiful ice flowers that we served with champagne!
You can always keep these in the freezer, but for a baby shower type situation, Meg and I used this tub and tested how long our flowers lasted before they melted and were no longer pretty. A little over two hours was the answer, so keep that in mind if you are using this for an event! Cheers to all you wonderful mamas out there…hands down the hardest, most rewarding job there is!!

Printables:
These come in black and white, as labeled below.
Download the files you want, save and print at home to send to a print shop (Kinkos, Costco, Office Max, etc.)
Supplies for Printables:
White Cardstock
Hole Punch
Jute, string or Ribbon
Scissors or 3 inch Craft Paper Punch
8×10 Frame
For the juice tags these are the flavors I included.
And I added these additional flavors based on requests after posting!
Choose 2 or 3 flavors of juice so that your guests have options! Print the tags from the file above and cut along the circle line or use a 3 inch craft paper punch. Punch a hole on either side of the flowers, string ribbon through and tie to your carafe or pitcher.
Frame your Mom-osa sign and display!
I hope you take time this weekend to raise a glass to all those special mamas in your life! If you missed it, I wrote a post about my very special Mama that you can read here!
If you are using this for a Baby shower, I was SO honored that Country Living featured this on their site! You can read the article for more shower ideas here.
Peach Floral Prints
I also made this version for my sister’s baby shower last weekend using her colors!
Coordinating Party Printables
I also created these additional coordinating printables for a more cohesive look for your shower or party!

MOM-osa Bar To Go
Another idea on how to set this up is to find a caddy to hold the carafes, champagne, cups, straws, etc. I found this one at Target, and have seen similar ones at Hobby Lobby, Home Goods and Marshall’s
I also made a 5×7 version of this printable. Download, print and stick it on your caddy.
Mini MOMosa Gifts
I also made this mini version you can give as gifts or as a party favor for a shower!
