I am excited to share my plans for my boys’ bathroom renovation, and hope to create a space they can grow into!
From carpet in front of the sink to outdated fixtures, my boys’ 1999 bathroom is screaming for an update! The plan is to remove the carpet and replace it with modern tile, retile the shower and create a built-in shower shelf. The textured walls will be replaced with one small accent wall of wallpaper, a board and batten wall opposing, and fresh paint throughout. The vanity will get a new coat of paint, new brushed nickel pulls and brushed nickel accents throughout. A clean round mirror, new lighting and foating shelves will create a more modern space my boys can grow into. While the footprint of the bathroom will remain unchanged, I think pattern mixing and simple asthetic changes will completely transform the space…on a budget.
