Tater Tot Cups

February 7, 2021

These tater tot cups are easy, and are sure to be a fan favorite!

You can mix up the ingredients, but this version is like a loaded baked potato in savory appetizer form!  Perfect for gameday!

Ingredients:

Tater Tots from the frozen food section

Cheese of your choice

Real Bacon bits

Ranch dressing or sour cream (optional)

Chives, green onions or parsley (optional)

You will need a muffin tin.  I used this one.

Directions:

Spray muffin tin with non-stick spray.  Place 4-5 tater tots in each muffin cup.

These are the tater rounds, so if you use the more traditional tots, 4 is probably enough.

Cook for 10 minutes at 475 degrees.

Take out of the oven.  Smash tots with the bottom of a spoon to create a bowl.  Fill with the cheese of your choice and real bacon bits.

Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let sit for a few minutes before removing from the tin.  Drizzle with ranch dressing or sour cream and top with chives, parsley or green onions!

These tater tot cups are delcious, and sure to be a hit!  Now, who’s ready for some football?!?
