I hope you and your family had a wonderful Easter weekend! The week coming off a holiday can be tough, but it’s Friday, and we made it!

These crosses are in a field near our house the week of Easter each year, and one of our traditions is to go snap a pic with them and talk about the meaning of Easter!  We went in the evening, and the sky was the prettiest cotton candy colors!  Such a beautiful reminder of His endless love and grace for us!  He is risen!! 

Now, on to what I’ve been sharing lately…. 

What To Do with Those Peeps?!

I prefer my Peeps in the trash, as they are WAY too sweet for me, but my boys love them!

We had quite a few leftover from Easter, so we used them to make this super simple Peep s’mores dip.  It was a hit!  If you have a plethora of Peeps left over, I highly recommend!

In Texas, bluebonnets grow wild and are our state flower.  They only bloom for a few weeks each year, so when you see a patch, you have to stop and grab a pic!
