Today I’m sharing this easy method for pancakes….baking them in a sheet pan!
We made ours with our favorite gluten free mix, found HERE, but you can use this method for any pancake mix your family likes!
This is perfect if you are feeding a crowd or if you just want to avoid being the one standing over the griddle making pancakes while everyone else eats….this is always me in my family! I want them to eat the pancakes as soon as I get them off the griddle so they are hot, but then by the time it’s my turn to eat they are done and moving on with their day….mom probs!
With this method the pancakes are all ready at the same time and can be cut into squares and served!
